Popular excuses for avoiding working out and eating healthy:
1. I don’t have time.
What is your time need? Where are you spending or wasting your time?
Make working out something you want to do. There is a payoff.
2. I don’t like it.
Do you have to like it to do it?
Your excuses today will determine your future self. Analyze why you do something instead of making excuses.
I can’t afford to buy healthy food.
- Actually frozen fruits and vegetables are cheaper.
I don’t have to time to cook at home.
- There are quick recipes out there, or just eat raw food.
I don’t want to get to big, that’s why I’m not lifting.
- Its not going to happen. You have to really try to get big.
